Therapy Notes

Therapy Notes is an organized, interactive website designed specifically for mental health practitioners. This platform helps clinicians stay organized by facilitating communication with patients, billing insurance, maintaining confidential contact, scheduling appointments, and much more. Right from the homepage, users can follow the company’s social media accounts, and there is even a link to a Facebook community group, which connects clinicians with other professionals in the mental health field.
Behavioral Health EHR/EMR | TherapyNotes® Confidentiality is crucial in mental health care and is also a legal necessity. The website offers options to store HIPAA documents securely in the patient portal. There is a feature called "Messages," allowing patients and professionals to communicate through the website. This ensures that communication is secure and documented, reducing the risk of patients texting their mental health practitioners in an insecure manner. When scheduling appointments, the website provides options for both in-office and online Telehealth sessions. Additionally, if a patient desires recurring appointments, Therapy Notes allows scheduling on a weekly, bi-weekly, three-week, or monthly basis. This flexibility encourages patients to incorporate counseling into their self-care routines.University Counseling Center | Villanova University I greatly appreciate the organization of the website, as it includes tabs for everything a practitioner may need. I aspire to open my own private practice one day, employing various professionals such as counselors, social workers, nutritionists, massage therapists, and personal trainers. Therapy Notes is structured to allow me to input all employee information and track which patients they are seeing. The calendar is detailed, enabling efficient monitoring of which professional is seeing which patient, thereby preventing double bookings and confusion. For me, organization is vital in a professional setting, especially when multiple individuals are involved. I look forward to using Therapy Notes in the near future.

  3. I am working toward becoming a license clinical social worker in order to provide mental health therapy to veterans. This could be a good platform I can utilize in order to better serve them. I think that the option to store HIPAA documents securely is super convenient also.

  4. Therapy Notes seems like a great tool to have when it comes to practitioners communicating with there patients. It's also a great thing to have since everything is in one spot and patients can get in contact with their doctor or whomever it is when they need to.
